How far out should I inquire?
60–90 days minimum for most trips; more for peak season or groups over ten. If your dates are closer than that, inquire anyway — worst case I tell you the truth.
Do you only plan destinations you've been to?
I plan best where I've stamped my own passport — 24+ countries and counting — but the research process works anywhere. If I can't do it at my standard, I'll say so.
Is there a group minimum?
Custom planning starts at two people. Hosted trips depend on the occasion — tell me what you're working with in the inquiry.
